Licensing Courses
LES Singapore conducts an
annual Basic Licensing Course that covers various aspects of
the licensing of intellectual property rights. The course has been
structured by licensing and intellectual property lawyers and industry
members, drawing on their wealth of experiences in the field of licensing,
intellectual property management and technology transfer.
The
course will provide participants with an understanding of the basic
vocabulary, legal concepts and processes for
intellectual property licensing and valuation. Participants will
also have the opportunity to put into practice the lessons
taught through a mock licensing negotiation under the
supervision of the instructors.
The
course is targeted at industry professionals who are interested
in technology transfer, licensing and business development; company
executives in small and medium sized businesses; and individuals
who wish to acquire a basic knowledge of technology transfer and the
licensing of intellectual property rights.
